Backed with experience and technical know-how singular is able to help you in the collection definition from mood board to final garments, including search and development of new yarns, fabrics and finishing processes.
After the conceptual definition of the collection we can help in the prototyping and adjustment of the design for production and sale. For that we have our own modelling department and dedicated sampling lines that work directly with the customer designers or with the in-house department. We can also provide the graphic designs and sourcing of particular decorations for prototyping and definition for production.
Our knitting department will make the fabrics as per your request of help in development of new options according to best available methods and ensuring maximum quality, control, reproducibility, transparency at fair prices. We can also make use of our extensive knowledge of materials, machines and structures to help you improve a current quality.
Processing Together with partners we offer the most modern processing plant for knitted fabrics in portugal. With large investments in the last 5 years, including automatic dosing systems, water treatment plant and efficient running of all stages, we can assure that we have the minimum impact in the environment. Included in we have (for processing) GOTS along with quality, social and customers specific certifications.
Our pattern specialists work closely with the cutting section. for prototyping, sampling and very small productions we can make manual processes. For production scale order we use automatic cutting with direct link to the company’s production control system, assuring that we run the most efficient and error free environment.
The sewing unit is based in the skill, experience and the craftsmanship of portuguese workers. We pride in the care we put in all pieces makes them unique and exquisite. All of them have a piece of soul from the persons who helped them get to light.
